It is in 2011 that under the Celebrations of the 12º Anniversary of the Macao's handover to China, the Cultural Institute of Macau, and the Artistic Directress Sandra Battaglia launch the invitation to PIA for the creation of a Performance/Installation, in a site specific format and with the local community to join the Parade through Macau, Latin City (澳門拉丁城區幻彩大巡遊).
With the challenge to create for the city of Macao the PIA company implemented from scratch this project, from installation to performance during three weeks in situ.
Two workshops were held, one of Masks Construction and another one of Stilts Technique, resulting in the gather of a special team of 20 interpreters (!), Some from the local groups as Long Fung Drama Club and Maranatha Arts Society, as well as students from the Theatre School (Dwayne Ku Ieng Un), which with the management of PIA later joined the Performance during the Parade.
